It's a safe and supportive space where you can talk, process what's going on, and recognize what thoughts and beliefs are holding you back.

Hypnotherapy session

Duration: 60–90 minutes

During the session, you are immersed in a soft trance state, allowing you to bypass the resistance of the mind and work directly with the subconscious.

This makes it possible to transform limiting beliefs, let go of traumatic experiences, remove internal blocks and restore contact with yourself.
