EMDR 2.0 - a modern method of reprogramming pain
EMDR 2.0 is one of the most effective methods in the world for working with trauma and severe emotional experiences. It is based on deep neurophysiology, which means it helps not to “rethink” but to safely relive pain – so that it stops interfering with life.

The method combines work with the body, emotions and the unconscious, allowing the brain to "rewrite" stuck experiences. It is gentle, body-oriented and incredibly effective. Some requests disappear after 1-2 sessions.

What EMDR 2.0 Works With

How an EMDR 2.0 session works
Rely on science. Softness in the approach.
The session takes place in a calm, supportive environment. Together we find the "knot" of pain, and with the help of special neurophysiological techniques we give the brain the opportunity to safely rewrite the reaction.
You don’t recount your entire experience – on the contrary, it’s the body that works, not the analysis.
There is a feeling that "a weight has been lifted from the soul". Often - after the first session.
This is not magic. This is work with memory and the nervous system.
